Registration

The North County Football Club strives to offer a quality program that offers top level training from some of the Central Coast’s most qualified coaching experts. Annual membership and dues pay for Cal South fees, CCSL fees, referees, NCFC program directors, coaching staff, and other team related costs and are comparable with other SLO County recreational activities (click here to view a SLO County sports comparison).

The 2009-2010 Season runs from April 2009 through February 2010 for younger age divisions with the following breaks:

June 16, 2009 – June 20, 2009
July 13, 2009 - August 2, 2009
Mid-November 2009 through January 4, 2010

For age divisions U15 and up, the season runs from April through November to allow each player the flexibility to participate on his or her high school soccer team.

Annual Registration fee $100.00 (per family)
Total Season Fees $850.00

A $250.00 non-refundable deposit is due and payable to NCFC at our player and parent orientation on Saturday, April 4. From this amount, $100 is applied to the annual registration fee; this fee is non-refundable.  The remaining $150 is applied toward annual dues.

For your convenience, the balance of your annual fee can be paid in increments beginning June 1st. Three payment options are available.

Practice Kit - approximately $35
Uniform - approximately $150 for youth / $160 for adult

Multiple Children

If you have more than one child involved with NCFC, a separate payment plan has been created to assist families with multiple children. Payments options are as follows.

Option 1 - $75 discount per child
  April 4th $100 plus $150 payment for each child
  June 1st $525 payment due
  July 1st $525 payment due
  August 1st $525 payment due
Option 2 - $50 discount per child
  April 4th $100 plus $150 payment for each child
  June 1st $275 payment due / 1st child
  July 1st $275 payment due / 1st child
     
  August 1st $275 payment due / 2nd child
  September 1st $275 payment due / 2nd child
     
  October 1st $275 payment due / 3rd child
  November 1st $275 payment due / 3rd child

Option 3 - No Discount    
2 Children April 4th $100 plus $150 payment for each child
  June 1st $200 payment due / 1st child
  July 1st $200 payment due / 2nd child
  August 1st $200 payment due / 1st child
  September 1st $200 payment due / 2nd child

North County FC Refund Policy

NCFC recognizes and appreciates the need to service its members by providing a vehicle to obtain refunds in the event that members become engaged in a conflict that requires a refund request. 

The $100 Annual Membership Fee is non-refundable.
Parent/Guardian is responsible for paying any past due balances and bringing accounts current, including any unpaid amounts for training received.
If monthly dues are paid in advance (i.e. $750 for year), a prorated refund will be given for the number of full months not attended.

The uniform and training kit are paid directly to Xtreme Soccer and are the property of the player. Please contact Xtreme Soccer directly for store return/refund policy.
