North County Football Club Mission Statement
| To provide an environment with the proper training and competition, which encourages the development of soccer education, athletic ability, as well as personal and team achievement. Commitment, Camaraderie and Community shall be infused at all levels of development. The environment shall enrich the individual in these aspects while emphasizing accountability, class and sportsmanship. |  |
North County Football Club Vision Statement
In an effort to create the optimal environment for competitive youth soccer, Paso Robles, Atascadero and Templeton have come together to launch the North County Football Club (NCFC). The Central Coast’s newest competitive soccer club.
North County is already home to approximately fourteen independent club teams from Paso Robles, Templeton and Atascadero. Previously, these teams competed for players, coaching resources and fields thus diminishing the overall competitiveness of club soccer on the Central Coast. Uniting efforts under one organization will not only benefit the youth of North County, but also promises to put North County on the map in competitive youth soccer.
NCFC is affiliated with the Central Coast Soccer League and is a member of the California Youth Soccer Association, which is under the direction of both the US Soccer Federation and the US Youth Soccer Association. NCFC’s mission is to provide a safe, affordable, inclusive soccer experience that provides dedicated players an opportunity to train and play at the highest level possible. To accommodate this mission, NCFC 
charges reasonable club fees, has dedicated volunteers and relies upon the community for sponsorships and donations. Club leadership is made up of highly dedicated individuals with soccer experience and who are committed to developing our youth not only as players, but also as individuals. NCFC’s mission is to instill a solid foundation of teamwork, dedication, fair play and sportsmanship. By stressing the Three C’s – Community, Camaraderie and Commitment, NCFC is positioned to become a pace setter on the Central Coast in both player development and player/coach education.
